Your principal contact is Kevin Stevens FRICS a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Educated in Southampton in the 1980s with a degree in Estate Management, he joined the Working Party for the Committee to the Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers (ISVA) and then was promoted to Vice Chairman for the West Midlands Region before the merger with the RICS in December 1999.
Career Portfolio *
In 1989, Kevin founded Stevlin Surveyors, a general practice providing Valuation Services to institutions as well as Landlord and Tenant advice, acquisitions and disposals, investment and property management.
In 1990, Kevin founded Heathington Properties, a specialist developer of starter homes and housing association schemes within the West Midlands.
In 1997 Lear Group was established as principle creating commercial portfolios for onward sale to institutions such as Meryl lynch and Pam property fund. The portfolio itself covered over 2.5 million square feet of commercial real estate in locations stretching from Cornwall to mid Scotland. Kevin sold Lear Group in 2012. Much of our portfolio is now in the hands of Goldman Sachs.
In 1998 Kevin began development in Menorca, Spain with the first high end residential scheme in Cala Llonga.
In 2003 Kevin assembled land in Son Vida Mallorca for a large scale design which was sold off but this started the first foray into the neighbouring and bigger island of Mallorca, this is an ongoing programme to this day.
In 2009 we completed our first residential project in Switzerland and we are proud to announce the recent completion of a luxury residential development of 3 chalets in Gstaad. Two with private swimming pools and spa areas.
